Services
Noviloop provides software and AI-assisted business workflow services designed to help businesses identify and follow through on stalled business processes. Specific capabilities vary by pilot and agreed scope.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing information they are authorized to provide, maintaining credential security, reviewing customer-facing actions where required, and using Noviloop in accordance with applicable law.
AI-Assisted Outputs
AI-assisted outputs may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed where appropriate before reliance or external use.
No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
Noviloop does not guarantee that a quotation will be accepted, a buyer will respond, a supplier will perform, a payment will be received or any specific commercial result will occur.
Payment
Paid pilots or services are subject to the pricing and payment terms presented or otherwise agreed with the customer.
